Omega-3

Derived from cold-water fish, fish oil is naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Unlike flax and hemp oils, fish oil contains omega 3s in the exact forms the body uses: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
